Find the right division for your team!

Recreational Division

For the teams that are here to enjoy the weather, the people and, of course… the party. There is no spiking allowed in the recreational division, only roll shots. You don't need much volleyball experience to play in the recreational division, but you do need to know how to have a good time. In the Recreational Division, all games will be played on the grass courts.

Intermediate Division

For the teams who have played some type of volleyball in the past, are competing and looking to have a fun weekend in the sun! Spiking is allowed. The intermediate division is limited to 256 teams and all games will be played on the grass courts.

Competitive Division

For the teams with experience, who are still out to have a great time but are skillfully competing for the championship! If you are here to win, this division is for you. All of the Competitive games will be played on the sand courts.

We Recommend the Recreational Division

Your team is here to have a good time – you want to a enjoy a Bud or two and play some volleyball. Playing on the grass courts is easier on your body, and it is a more relaxed environment. Spiking and spike serves are not allowed in Recreation – but all other basic volleyball rules apply (3 hits, rotation order, net touch, held ball, etc.)

We Recommend the Intermediate Division

You may not be the best team out there - but you can hold your own! Intermediate is the most popular division, with all games being on the grass courts. Spiking and spike serves are allowed in Intermediate, and all other basic volleyball rules apply (3 hits, rotation order, net touch, held ball, etc.)

We Recommend the Competitive Division

Your team is here to play hard and win. In Competitive, you will be playing exclusively on the beach courts. Spiking and spike serves are allowed in Competitive, and all other basic volleyball rules apply (3 hits, rotation order, net touch, held ball, etc.)

Other Information

If individuals are looking to register by themselves as they can't get a team together, we will accept individual registrations and do our best to match you up with similar players in the division you want.

Likewise, if teams are short a player or two and looking for extra's, please email info@superspike.ca with your gender and division preferences. We will try and match you up with any individual player registrations that may come in.
