Assign a Team Captain

Your first step is to assign a Team Captain. The Team Captain is responsible for completing the team registration, ensuring all team members show up for games on time, and dealing with any questions or disputes about games. 

How it Works

  1. Team Captain creates a team and adds team members.
  2. Team Members receive an email to verify their participation and personal information.
  3. All Players must complete the waiver in order to confirm registration. 
  4. Team Captain pays for team, completing registration process. 

Registration Fee

Early Bird is $54 per player until June 7, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Regular Fee is $65 per player until July 12, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Corpoate Challenge EARLY BIRD Team Fee is $849 per team until June 9, 2023 at 11:59pm.

Corporate Challenge REGULAR Team Fee is $999 until July 14, 2023 at 11:59pm.

All Super-Spike tournament participants receive free access for the concert series and on-site festivities.

Troubleshooting

If you're trying to register and get your team ready for the tournament, there can be a lot to know. We've addressed the most common issues below, to help you get ready for the event. 

You didn't receive your email invitation

This happens for any number of reasons, particularly with automated emails. 

  1. Your spam filter might have flagged it, so check your junk folder.
  2. Your team captain might have mistyped your email, confirm with them that it's typed correctly. 
  3. Your ISP, work IT, or one of the many computers along the way rejected the email. 

In any case, the goal is to solve the problem.

  1. If you already have an account with that email address, log in and go to the dashboard. You'll see your team there and a button to join the team. 
  2. If you don't have an account, that's ok. Create one with that exact same email address. We'll find your team invite and automatically connect it to your account. Visit the dashboard and repeat step 1. 
  3. If you don't see your team on the dashboard, or something is stopping you from logging in or registering, contact info@superspike.ca and we'll help you out. 

You need to sign the waiver

You can only sign the waiver after you've joined the team. If you followed the confirmation link from the email, it should take you to the waiver immediately afterwards. 

  1. If you don't have an account, follow the steps above to join the team. 
  2. If you have an account, but never signed the waiver, log into the dashboard. It will notify you that there's a waiver for you to sign. 
  3. If you don't see the waiver link, then you're all set. If you captain seems to indicate otherwise, confirm with them.
