Admission
Weekend admission is included for all Super-Spike tournament participants. Once you're registered in our system, your weekend pass will be emailed to you and available in your account.
VIP Upgrades
Super-Spike is pleased to offer a Premium VIP Upgrade which is used in addition to your festival ticket for $55.
The VIP upgrade includes:
- Access to exclusive VIP beer gardens patio with prime view of the action
- Private bar with premium beverage service offered (never a line up!)
- Exclusive VIP washrooms (flushing toilets!)
- Complimentary lunch or dinner with complimentary beverage
Event Pass Sold Separately
The VIP upgrade is specifically for accessing the VIP area within the venue only. In addition, a Weekend Pass (or tournament participant pass) is required to access the venue.
General Admission Guidelines
Super-Spike is an 18+ event and photo ID is required to gain entry. Minors can attend until 10:00 p.m. if they are accompanied by a parent at all times. Visit the Facilities page to learn more about the site rules and amenities.
Admission Times
Gates will be open at the following times:
Friday: 5:00 p.m. – Midnight
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – Midnight
TICKET REFUND POLICY
Super-Spike is a not-for-profit charitable fundraising festival with all revenues raised going back to support it's annual charities of choice.
All ticket sales are final, except in the situation of a full event cancelation. Subject to the provisions for an event cancelation, there are no exchanges or refunds once a ticket has been purchased. No exchange or refund will be issued if a festival performer is changed, or if the performance is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed.
In the event of a full event cancelaton, Super-Spike will offer refunds, and will inform ticket buyers through its official website about procedures for obtaining a refund.
Super-Spike is not responsible for lost tickets, or second hand counterfit tickets purchased for admission.
Wrist Band Policy
Wrist bands must be worn at all times, and shown for entry into Super-Spike. Wristbands are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. If your wrist band is removed or tampered with, it cannot be replaced, and you will not be allowed re-entry.
If wrist band removal is required for work purposes, or if it's too tight, please visit the front gate tent at the venue.
