Code of Conduct

Our goal is to create a fun, high-energy, safe and enjoyable environment that raises money for our annual charities of choice.  To ensure that all participants have a pleasant and respectful event experience, each attendee should act responsibly and be considerate of others. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and, in some cases, may be deemed ground for dismissal from the venue.  These cases include, but are not limited to:

• Beahviour that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
• Actions that are harmful to or endanger others
• Throwing any objects on stage during the live performances
• Using abusive / vulgar language or profanity in close proximity to other patrons that may be objectionable
• Displaying inconsiderate behaviour towards others
• Disorderly conduct
• Underage drinking
• Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment resulting in poor behaviour
• Failure to follow instructions of event security personnel
• Entering the venue with prohibited items
• Smoking or use of e-cigarettes underneath the beer gardens tent
• Use of any prohibited items
• Any other acts or behaviours that in the judgement of event management poses a threat to other patrons or diminishes their enjoyment of the event

Please note that Super-Spike is an 18+ event and any children on site must be always accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and must leave the venue before 10:00pm each day.

Any vehichles that are parked in prohibited parking areas / spots will be towed at the owners expense. 

Each event attendee is responsible for their conduct.  Event security and staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all attendees can enjoy the event free from the above behaviours.  Event patrons in violation of these provisions may be subject to ejection, arrest and loss of ticket privledges for future events.  Super-Spike managerment and security resrves the right to deem an act or exhibited behavious as inappropriate and take action, based on available information and circumstances. 

Patron Screening: Person and bag searches are conducted upon entry at the front gate to ensure the safety of all attendees.  Super-Spike secrutiy authorities may conduct manual searches if they identify anything deemed suspicious.  Super-Spike reserves the right to prohibit any additional items if Super-Spike management feels they inhibit patron comfort or safety.
